The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products from Alatone Plastics,Inc.through its website’s Order Online Facility.

Data Privacy Consent/Agreement

By accessing and using Order Online, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of Alatone Plastics Inc. Online Data Privacy Policy for the purpose of availing of its services, administration of your account, processing of any transaction using your online account, and for other reasonable purposes which are related to your online account.

Placing Your Order

You must provide all requested information for us to process your order. Alatone Plastics Inc. reserves the right to request additional information from you at any time to enable us to complete your order and/or to comply with government regulatory requirements. Acceptance of order is subject to availability of the products ordered. By placing an order, you confirm that the details you provided in the order page are true and correct in all respects. The system will display a confirmation page that confirms successful receipt of your order.

Confirmation of Your Order

After our receipt of your order, you shall receive an email that will notify you of the costs of the product/s you ordered. Once you confirm your order, you will receive another email which shall provide the instructions about the shipment of your order.

Prices of Products

Prices of product/s are quoted in Philippine Peso at their regular price, inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT). Price quotes may change at any time without notice.

In case of discounts, whether promotional, the applicable discount will be computed at the time of serving the order.

Serving of Your Order

All transactions made through this online facility shall be processed in accordance with Philippine standard time. Orders received from Mondays to Saturdays until 2:00 pm are deemed acknowledged and will be processed on the same day, while orders received after 5:00 pm or during Sundays and Holidays shall be attended to and processed on the following working day.

Shipping / Freight

LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT - Seller’s liability ceases on making delivery to the carrier at the shipping point in good condition. Carrier acts as Buyer’s agent. Seller shall not be liable for non-arrival of the shipment made under this contract which may be lost in transit, nor for losses, damages or delays in transportation. Claims for loss or damage should be made directly to the transportation company immediately.

SELLER’S DELAYS IN DELIVERY - All delivery dates are approximate dates only, estimated in good faith to the best of Seller’s ability. Time shall not be deemed to be of the essence unless specifically agreed to in writing by Seller.

BUYER’S POSTPONEMENT - In case of Buyer’s postponement of delivery date, payment shall become due in full when Seller is prepared to make the shipment.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE SELLER’S CONTROL - Seller shall not be liable for failure to deliver or for delay in delivery of all or any part of the goods ordered herein by reason of war, civil commotion, labor trouble, fire, explosion, windstorms, flood, drought, earthquakes, accident, reduced supply of raw materials, car shortage, embargo, government actions, or any cause whatsoever beyond the control of Seller, which interferes with the production, consumption or transportation of said goods or the supply of any raw material of which said goods are a product.

Q: What is your policy on damaged shipments?

A: Buyer should thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery. If damage has occurred, Buyer should note the extent of the damage on the freight bill at time of delivery and call RTP/STP and the carrier immediately. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all merchandise upon receipt and sign the delivery with damages noted. If damage is not noted, RTP/STP, the shipping factory, and carrier are absolved of any and all responsibility.


RETURN GOODS – RTP/STP desires that both seller and buyer parties are satisfied and happy with their transaction. Material shipped as ordered cannot be returned unless authorized by Seller in writing in accordance with Seller’s Return of Material Policy. Authorization for returns will take 2-5 business days to process after the request to return goods is received by the seller. If return is allowed per above, merchandise must be shipped freight pre-paid, and a 25% service charge will apply. Seller must be notified within 30 days of invoice if return is required. Please call or e-mail for authorization and shipping instructions prior to returning any merchandise.

ITEM RETURNS – When the items shipped are deemed unacceptable, we will request several digital pictures to be taken and emailed to our offices. Pending a review of the damage, we will work to ensure customer satisfaction through return of funds or providing replacement items. If the entire shipment is rejected, no fees will be charged to the buyer or seller, other than the costs of shipping.

Order Cancellation

Any cancellation of order must be made within 24 hours after confirmation of your order but before the product/s are served/ship to you or his/her representative. Alatone Plastics Inc. reserves the right to deny any request for cancellation which is made after the given period. All requests for cancellation and reversal of credit card charges shall be submitted by Alatone Plastics Inc. to the issuing bank for processing and approval in accordance with banking rules and regulations.

Waiver and Indemnity

By using Alatone Plastics Inc. Facility, you agree to indemnify and hold Alatone Plastics Inc, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors and licensors (collectively referred to as API) free and harmless from any and all liabilities, losses and damages in case of failure of the online ordering system due to reasons beyond Alatone Plastics Inc. reasonable control such as but not limited to force majeure and/or fortuitous event or which may arise from your failure to timely notify Alatone Plastics Inc. of the revocation, cancellation or change of recipient.


These Terms and Conditions of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Alatone Plastics Inc. and shall govern your use of Alatone Plastics Inc. Order Online Facility. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By placing your order online, you confirm that you have read and understood all the terms and conditions expressed herein and voluntarily agree to be bound thereby with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations. Alatone Plastics Inc. reserves the right to refuse or suspend this service to any person at any time based on reasonable grounds at the sole discretion of Alatone Plastics Inc.
